i have tried to use my DELL Inspiron Mini to connect to the internet. i have
wirless set up at home however for some reason i cant connect to any wirless
connections as it is not being managed by windows instead i think that all
wirless connections are being managed via Intel Pro or something simular -
previously i had an icon where i could disable this however now my icon has
disappeared and i can no longer disable it so i can manage all my internet
connections via windows.
can some one please advise me on how i can resolve this so i can use my
wireless connections as at the moment i am restricted to using a Tmobile
dongle that is coming to the end of its contract very shortly.
please email me directly with any suggestions to ***@hotmail.com

i really appreciate any help that will resolve this for me

This group is for Pocket PCs, not for netbooks. You will be far more
likely to get useful answers if you ask in a group for netbooks or
Windows XP. Perhaps microsoft.public.windowsxp.basic or
microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web. Also, I just used google () to
look up
windows xp wireless management
and got 287,000 hits. That would be a _lot_ to look through, but think
I saw some groups that might be better places for your question.
